Bishop Dan Zoreka on Homosexuality
The Bishop of Kinkizi Diocese Rt. Rev. Dan Zoreka has asked head teachers and principals of church-founded primary, secondary, and Tertiary institutions and the country at large to be more cautious about the satanic homosexual vices that have invaded the world and schools in particular.
Bishop Zoreka sounded this on Tuesday while officiating the general meeting of church-founded school heads under the diocese of Kinkizi which was held at St Peter’s Cathedral Nyakatare.
Bishop Zoreka asked the head teachers especially those with boarding sections to be more extra vigilant, inspect the dormitories during the day and night and work hand in hand with teachers and student leaders to control these satanic vices.

The Kanungu district education officer Mr. Sunday Charles who also graced the meeting asked the school heads to have healthy relationships with the communities around them.
Sunday said that if the schools are not at par with the community around them, there will be unending conflict hence low enrolment of students and pupils.

Rev Stella Arineitwe the Kinkizi diocesean education coordinator commended the diocesan schools for performing well the last year’s P.7, S.4, and S.6 examinations.

Rev Stella also appreciated the discipline exhibited in diocesan schools however she asked the head teachers and teachers to be good examples in the society because they lead church-founded schools.
